General terms & conditions

The reservation is binding both for the guest and for the hotel when it has been confirmed by the hotel. The confirmation is done via e-mail. Upon booking the guest should inform the hotel about address, e-mail, mobile phone number and identification number (for non-Swedish EU citizens a European identification number or passport number and for non-EU citizens the passport number is required).

Cancellation done more than two weeks prior to arrival date is free of charge, for later cancellations we charge 50% of the total price for the stay. For cancellation less than one week prior to arrival we charge the total price for the stay. For group reservations (3 rooms or more) you can cancel free of charge until 2 months prior to arrival. 1-2 months prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking value and if you cancel less than 1 month prior to arrival we will charge the entire booking value.

When you book the entire hotel, for instance for a wedding or birthday celebration, you pay a booking fee of 25% of the booking value when you make the reservation.

All cancellations must be made by mail stating the reservation number and confirmed via an e-mail from us in order to be valid.

Payment is due upon check-out and can be paid either via credit card or bank.

According to Swedish legislation the hotel has no responsibility for damage or loss unless it is directly caused by the staff of the hotel.
Smoking and pets are not allowed at the hotel. The guest is personally responsible for any damage caused to the hotel by him/herself or guests. In those cases the hotel is entitled to charge the actual cost for repair, cleaning, fire-alarm cost etc.
